About Rajasthan UID Project
The Department of IT & Communication (DOIT&C) is registered with UIDAI as the State Registrar for Aadhaar enrolment and is responsible for monitoring and controlling Aadhaar enrolment and update activities across the State of Rajasthan. DOIT&C is also functioning as an Authentication Service Agency (ASA) / KYC Service Agency (KSA) and as an Authentication User Agency (AUA) / KYC User Agency (KUA), providing a wide range of Aadhaar-based authentication and e-KYC services.
DOIT&C extends AUA/KUA services to various departments and organizations of the Government of Rajasthan. Currently, more than 15 lakh Aadhaar authentication transactions are processed on a daily basis. Major users of these services include e-PDS, Jan-Aadhaar, MAA Yojana, Social Justice and Empowerment Department (SJED), among others.
In addition, DOIT&C operates permanent Aadhaar enrolment and update centers across all districts of Rajasthan, ensuring accessible and continuous Aadhaar services for citizens throughout the State.
